Nozzle with unique swirling chamber and needle design. This combined with high fuel pressure and pressurized air achieves very good atomization and therefore efficient combustion. All without any moving parts!
With this simple and sturdy design maintenance is hassle free and it's easy to disassamble to replace damaged or worn parts.
Manufactured from high temperature steel and in 4 standard diameters: 26, 38, 50 and 70 mm. Length depends on the application or customer requirements.

Connects to plant oil supply (low pressure) and is responsible for supplying one or more burners with high pressure oil and pressurized air.
VFD (Variable Frequency Driver) powered pumps enables fine grained control which increases reliability and efficiency.
Pump rack consists of three main sections, low pressure oil, high pressure oil and pressurized air. Additionaly several valves, gauges and filters are mounted for safe and reliable operation. Can be located a distance away from actual burners.

We have developed a interface to control and monitor the burner featuring a touch screen. Functions include start and stop burners, monitor data like oil, air and temperature.
A safety bridge always keeps burner operation in a safe state. For example to stop fuel pump if no ignition occurs to prevent explosions.
